  • How long will my garden bed last?

    Garden beds are made of hemlock which is naturally rot resistant. Lifetime of your bed will depend on a variety of factors, but expect on average 5+ growing seasons.

  • Are the chemicals in the wood?

    No, our beds are made from 100% natural hemlock, we never add chemicals to any of our products.

  • What is hemlock?

    Hemlock (also known as the poor man’s cedar) is a durable softwood that is an indigenous species of Pennsylvania. Our hemlock is sustainably harvested and locally milled. Hemlock is naturally rot and pest resistant, you can expect it to last >5 years in the ground making it ideal for raised garden beds.

  • Do you install the garden beds?

    Although we would love to offer install services, this is currently not an option.
